Question by eliud p: how do think Morrissey feels about being a Sub-headliner while The Cure is a Headliner at Coachella?
I noticed The Morrissey is sub-headlining on Friday at Coachella, While Robert Smith and the Cure are closing and headlining on Sunday. Will the Feud be refueled?

Nah, he ackknowledges second fiddle status professionally. The Cure has always been wildly more successful even during The Smiths years and certainly during Morrissey’s solo years.

He is certainly owner of a cultish idol, but not in Robert Smith’s league for mass appeal.

All that being said….he’s still probably pissed and a whole lot of jealous.
