Looking for songs that have a similar tempo to Lady Gaga’s ‘Just Dance’ or songs with that kind of tempo. Ideally with lyrics talking about love, celebrating, dancing, happiness etc.
Not too clubby, but not too slow – any suggestions?

My band is playing new pop songs by people like Lady Gaga and I am having trouble figuring it out by ear.

Lady Gaga etc doesnt usually have guitar parts, so no one makes tabs.

instead search for “[song title + artist] chords” on google.

all (normal) songs are made of chords, no matter what instruments they have.

when figuring out by ear, just use the low E string only to find the root (bass) note of each chord, then play each one as a major barre chord, and if some of them sound wrong, try these ones as minor chords.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Britney Spears…so don’t get me wrong..but I doubt she even writes her OWN music..much less Lady Gaga’s.

Lady Gaga…does, however, write her own music.
